Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale and, where possible, with any original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation.
To initiate a return, please submit a Returns & Refund Request.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Items returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:
- the item is defective;
- the item is damaged;
- you received the wrong item; or
- there is a discrepancy in the quantity received.
We may request photographs or other evidence to help investigate the issue.
For quantity discrepancies, we encourage customers to take photographs of the package and contents immediately upon delivery to assist with our investigation.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases may also be subject to transport and return restrictions where permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been processed.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by filling in our Returns & Refund Request selecting option Withdraw Within 14 Days.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
We may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if the loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We are not required to reimburse any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
